I had a banana yesterday. Not the worst of carb indulgences nutrition wise.

Breakfast: poached eggs, turkey bacon

Snack: 30 pistachios

lunch: Turkey burger w/ cheddar cheese

snack: roasted veggies

dinner: Steak, grilled veggies. I will most likely be indulging a little tonight. ;)
70.3 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
