Body fat %: 47,9
Finally down from 50% at the beginning of May. I’ve also lost 7cm around my belly. The scale really isn’t the only way to measure your progress!
90.1 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
