I stuck close to my diet with only a tiny stray one day and I was able to get in some exercise, yet I'm always surprised when I actually lose. Our weather has cooled for a few days so I am hoping to get in some good exercise. Excited for the 10 week challenge I am embarking on.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
