Puasa arafah, gym pagi. Buka puasa pake nasi+minyak wijen+saikoro+buncis. Tapi minum thai tea. Jadinya naik terus timbangannya.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
