Its been a bad week, and my eating habits totally derailed. I'm going to try to get back in the swing of things today. We found out my husband has colon cancer and I just haven't been in the mood to exercise or to cook, so a lot of fast food and junky crap has been in the house. I'm planning on taking the kids to swim later on today though and am going to get back on track!
