Setelah gym pagi dan puasa kamis. Buka puasa pake teh manis anget (gula 16gram) , pisang 3 pcs, whey protein+susu oats , sama sate taichan+lontong
103.3 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
