STARTING AGAIN TODAY: Have had a bad time staying on program by myself.. I started Ideal Protein in May and after a Month my coach Moved to Mississippi and No One has taken her place.. so I have ordered the Lean for Life Books and hope to get back on track by myself. Praying I can Keep Myself Focused and My Mind on what I Need to do.. Instead of my Fibro & Chronic Pain.. and just end up picking up anything without thinking. I CAN Do This..
