Slow But Sure,, seminggu ini full kegiatan, br bs 1x full body workout, cm IF 16:8 dan makan msh dg porsi normal.. bismillah lanjut lebih baik lg..
80.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
