Now using a new scale. Instead of the one at the gym (which dissapears frequently!!) I bought my own and am going to committ to weighing myself every morning to get the most accurate results :)
53.0 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
