ok so not a big los but still proud that its down
gonna be hard this weekend going to the coast so I gotta bring my own stuff so I dont over do it

89.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg. Still to go: 8.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week

thats right, any loss is a good loss. i mean look at your weekly average, 4.2lbs is great!!!!! your doing fabulous! good luck this weekend.
