OK so back again, this time because the outfit from my "fat photos" was too tight! I really NEED to take control. So back to the exercise class last night - SO unfit. No more lifts, eat: fruit, veg, real food; cut out sugar use all known tricks (clean teeth, have bath, do something else until the urge passes). My skin, knees, achilles, hips will all benefit. holiday soon, but could get a lot of exercise. These changes need to be for life; and to be honest I really don't enjoy the junk food and sugar as much I think I might, and after I feel terrible.
