19 weeks postpartum. I visited family last week. My goal was to maintain my weight, which I did. However, I did indulge in a lot of sugary foods. I am back at home and already meal prep some healthier foods for the next two weeks.
My aim is to "burn/lose" 500g a week. 1.5kg away from my pre-pregnancy weight.
Then I am aiming to lose an additional 10 kg or so.
