Weight stall. Grr. Slept alot. 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. I'm digging into sarcopenia: the loss of muscle mass in older adults, which starts at age 40. There are some really interesting studies on the topic. Dr. Gabrielle Lyon seems to be leading the cause on getting the word out and finding solutions. Very interesting.
