I have actually lost 7 pounds in about 12 days. I have started to take measurements too since i have started to work out in longer intervals. This weigh in surprised me. I started at 160, a week later was at 155, got on fatsecret and it seemed that I would at 155 this whole week. I expected to be at 155 when I weighed this morning. The numbers are good but I am more happy about the fact that I have stayed consistent with nutrition and exercise. It's a good Friday. One day at a time.
