Yesterday, during my daily walk, I watched a vlog from Carnivore Doctor on YouTube. She discussed choosing one challenging task to stick with for 90 days. Reflecting on this, I realized there are two things I want to quit because I refuse to be dependent on them: coffee and sweeteners. My taste for these has shifted since starting my carnivore diet. I've decided to quit coffee first because it's begun to taste like tar, and I mask the unpleasant flavor with sweetener. This choice should naturally decrease my sweetener intake until I'm ready to give it up, whether on my own or as part of a challenge.

Now, I'm heading out to relish this beautiful day with my routine stroll, appreciating the everyday blessings that God graces us.

I haven't seen her in a while. I think she's the optometrist. I like her. I didn't have my notifications set for her but I just fixed that. Hmmm. I gave up coffee. Then, I was like F it lol. Now I have one cup instant in the morning. I might give it up again. I think my giving up things go in waves. Your taste buds will change quickly not using artificial sweetners. It will be a fun test for you

Hey Jen! Yes, I think you're correct. She is indeed an optometrist. Has she really been following a carnivorous diet for 14 years? That's quite impressive! You know, it's all about what suits and works for you personally, isn't it? And it seems like you've found what works for you, as everything appears to be going splendidly. Your choices are certainly paying off – you're the epitome of health! I'm also relieved to hear you confirm that taste buds can change. Initially, I was skeptical – it seemed absurd. Yet, my coffee has progressively tasted worse, even when sweetened! So, I'm inclined to join you in this wave and seize the opportunity to eliminate both while I can. :)) You're right, though; it does sound like an intriguing experiment. I hope all is well with you. You're too kind. My health is getting better but I'm still weak and not strong. That's my phase 2 🤸‍♀️💪
