Work was crazy, I had a lunch break, but didn't really feel like eating much.

B: 2 slices of turkey bacon

Snack: red bull (sugar free)

lunch: handful of pistachios

afterwork snack: three scrambled eggs.

Dinner: Probably chicken breast and roasted veggies
70.8 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
