Good morning, y'all! Things are looking up. It's a long journey ahead, but I'm heartened by the small victories I'm experiencing, like rediscovering the joy of reading and absorbing the author's message, or the ability to stoop and retrieve items from the ground or inside the refrigerator—everyday actions I used to overlook. I'm filled with gratitude.

Last night, I experienced a bit of heartburn, but a mix of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and water eased it away. I was quite alert before bedtime, yet I managed to drift into a peaceful sleep eventually. Truly, sleep is a generous blessing from our Lord God.

Now, I'm off to enjoy a walk on this beautiful Spring day.
