Yesterday, I started off with a good morning. Had energy and focus. Went for a 2 mile walk. Right hip hurt by the end, but still had energy to want to walk...I just couldn't because of the pain.
But. But...by the afternoon, I couldn't think and had a banger of a headache that was piercing my right eyeball. I know these symptoms are temporary. I kept waiting for my headache to clear but it just got worse. I had to bring out my TENS unit because the right side of my neck and the other side, too, were horrible. I ended up listening to Dr. Chris Palmer, the author of BrainEnergy.com. Wow. What a gift. I think it may have just saved my life from ending in a short, cruel life of dementia and diabetes.
I had alot of energy in the evening and had trouble getting to sleep.
This morning, I naturally woke up before my alarm at 4 a.m. I was pretty groggy. Made some coffee and scrolled my newsfeed, in my recliner.
It's now 7:30 a.m., I am dressed and at my desk...still a bit groggy. Just not sharp. I am about to go for a walk and begin some hip exercises to see if I can alleviate the hip pain that I have been experiencing.
I would like to start taking photographs again.
