no, a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat...a pound is a pound. but a pound of muscle is more dense than a pound of fat so it takes up less space. that's why you can stay the same weight but lose inches.

O_o maybe it is just water weight. I really didn't splurge on any food all week, and have been doing so great on my intake and exercise.
