Okay, the first easy pounds are gone. Now more effort is required. I will do my best to workout at least every other day and continue heathy eating. I cheated twice as I was travelling, and the positive is that I didnt even enjoy it as much anymore. Then what's the point, right?!
75.9 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
