No surprising. I was on vacation for 10 days and then a week with my father who insists on wine and cheese hour every day followed by big dinners. So... back at it today!
76.4 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
