Just finished my two week induction. I have lost a total of 5 pounds.
One of my problems is I can't eat enough to meet my RDI.

Ok, so I looked at your journal. This is what I see. A. quit looking at your RDI--your no suppose to count calories. B. Your not getting 12 to 15 net carbs of your foundation carbs!!!!!(5-10%) C. boost your fats! should be 65-75% D. protein should be 20-30% Now go to your food calander and look at the pie chart at the bottom, your not hitting the marks. So go into this with a differant outlook try to meet these goals and you will win!

I would venture to guess that you're having problems because you're living on eggs and processed meat. Go back and re-read all the advice and comments you got last week and you may find this easier. You are not following Atkins and you are not doing your body any favors eating the way you are. Suggestion: Plan your meals the night before. Begin with veggies and put them all in the snacks/other category. Until you hit at least 12 net carbs don't plan on any other foods. Once you have those in, add proteins and fats around it. Go to some of the food diaries of others and look at what they're eating. There is a lot of support here and a lot of experience. If you use it to your advantage you can succeed at this. Go to the Atkins site, read what Induction really is and try it -- from scratch. There's simple menus there that you can also follow. Best of luck!
