Just returned from a Disney vacation (10 days) I thought with all the walking it would be okay to eat some carbs... NOT... gained 8 lbs. I'm back on Atkins today.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Flying makes you retain water...lawdy grrl.. You would have had to eat an entire FIELD of carbs to gain 8 pounds walking around Disney for 10 straight days. Give yourself a couple days
