:( I gained a pound. I wasn't going to weigh myself today, but I figured acknowledging a failure is one step towards fixing it.

I've been working out with weights, light though they be, and walking many miles a day, so even though I gained I feel good.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 40.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
