Okay, so it is only a little, very little but it is still a loss and I am okay with that. Did a lot of hard work yesterday though. Moved loads of cinder-blocks. Got another trip to Farmington this week.
66.3 kg Lost so far: 56.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
