Does anyone have any tips for sticking to healthy eating plans? I can’t seem to break the cycle of healthy eating for a few days, followed by mindless eating, thinking f*#k it eating something totally ‘bad’ and ultimately reverting back to my normal eating habits.

Try not to do everything at once. Cut out one thing at a time. Consolidate that in a fixed timescale before moving on to the next thing. Start with the easiest bad habit, and give yourself some easy wins to boost your confidence. It can be as simple as taking one sugar instead of two for 2 weeks, then no sugar, then start on the biscuits......etc etc

Anne is right. Get rid of stuff like chips and sweets. I keep some sugar free redi whip and strawberries around to have something sweet if I want. Like she said, start with something easy. Logging your cals helps, but it's a little hard emotionally.

Thanks for your suggestions. I will try that, I have a terrible sweet tooth, so I’ll start with chocolate as once I’ve had some I cannot leave it alone. Try and go 2 weeks choc free and then move onto the next bad habit.
