Starting to recover from my Super Bowl pig out…I’m still up from where I was, but happy to be continuing in the right direction.

Yesterday i jogged 5 miles on the treadmill. Happy to achieve that distance, but now I need to start upping the speed to regain my strength there. The morning will be some rowing time and a round of weight lifting.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 8.9 kg a Week
