Have not been coming on for sometime, it’s been a difficult time after losing one of my brothers. Laid him to rest on Saturday and now taking one step at a time. I’ve been keeping track although not on the app lately, should come back and start journaling and tracking again. Been struggling to eat well, poor appetite but trying to take in as much nutrition as I can. 1. 7 December’23 - 88.2kg 2. 11 December’23 - 88.3kg 3. 27 December - 90.4kg 4. 1 January’24 - 88.6Kg 5. 25 January’24 - 91.8kg MY POSITIVE about this weigh in is the fact that my scale can FINALLY measure my body fat, before it would just give an error reading after I weigh. It means I’m building more muscle!!! Really I’m so excited 😆 6. 29 January’24 - 92.1kg went hiking on Saturday believe it’s the muscles. 7. 4 February’24 - 87kg Daniel fast has been good to my body 8. 11 February’25 - 86.1kg
