Day one down! Feel like a broken record feel like I've said that 1 million times in the last six months. But nonetheless it is day one again and I did okay. Last night was really hard with Brandon he was really upset with me and I was really emotional. Feels like when one thing is out of whack in your life seems like everything is.I have food plan the day so that should be okay. Also I'd like to get out for a walk. I'm feeling like I don't have what it takes to emotionally do it todayBut I can't keep using that as an excuse not to live life. I don't want to be a crappy wife and I mean mom enjoyed being around me and my husband like being married to me. I had to do something about it even if I don't feel like it in the moment
