Yesterday was a really good weight loss day - I basically ate two meals’ worth of healthy foods plus a few snacks. Lots of whole foods. Ran in the morning for about 3.5 miles. Feeling good and ready to fall out of the 190s. 🤞🏻
86.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
