Ok, I have been super busy for a couple weeks and haven't been able to post any updates... I have a few more busy weeks ahead but i will try. I was getting discouraged as the scale seemed to STOP.. i wasn't cheating etc... my husband encouraged me to stick it out and it is dropping slowly. I added 3 additional gym mornings.. 3 night gym sessions.. i'm beat/tired and sore almost all the time.. but hey.. gotta work to get it off... :) I can say i have no cravings for like starchy carbs which is great.. but i still love sweets.. haven't had any.. but don't know if my chocolate love will EVER fade :) Hope everyone is doing great and feeling good... can't wait to see 159.. ..
