I decided to eat more protein and not worry so much about the calories. Cutting down on carbs and processed food At my age 10 lb weight gain is average from high school weight
72.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
