Boom, my thing is running 7 miles, 3.5 mph pace with 60 pounds am going out today at noon again, am at the low point of my yo yo weight, and scale was actually encouraging, did some struggling, but seeing positive change. From 238 two weeks ago, to 229 today, real goal 172 pounds for May 11.
