I joined yesterday, but the starting weight is from 2 weeks ago, so the 5.6 lb weight loss is from a 2 week period, not overnight. :)
105.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
