6th January 2024,back on the scales, I have varied by a kilo up then down again last year. This low glucides count of under 80 nearly all the time means I can eat what I want mostly as long as I count every day. easier then it sounds as many favourites are very low. will continue worth it to stay off the medication. Happy New Year
