returned from 6 weeks overseas and many meals with family and friends in the ore Christmas and Christmas period. . unsurprisingly, I have gained a few kilos. must seriously begin the weight loss journey again. my daughter is getting married in late 2023 so that is also a goal to first into a nice outfit. let's see what I can do.
