I moved the day before xmas, n then spent xmas day, n boxing day cleaning apartment. What foods that were eaten were grabbed on the run n weren't the best choices when I ate. I missed so many meals that I think my body thought I was on a hunger strike! So not surprised that my weight is up. The next few weeks will be iffy on meals, too, bc I'm staying with family until I move again, this time into my permanent home. Can't choose meals n cook properly until I'm in my own place. I just hope I don't blow all the hard work I've done over last 4 months to lose that 30 lbs. Hope everyone had a nice holiday!! ❤️
