Things aren't as bad as I thought they would be. gotta go on a business trip this week and I hope I will be able to get some workout time in. I will also need to be very careful about what I eat as well.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 56.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
