iss ya allah kemaren2 g pernah fokus diet skrh dr mulai hr selasa tgl 28nov bener2 fokus x diet nya smpe g pakai nasi d gnti dgn ubi ungu dan kentang iss Alhamdulillahh kali bru bbrpa hri turun jgaa kayak gni kam jd semangat aq dietnnya ya allah bonus lg dpt haid yg tdnya susah haid iiss Alhamdulillahh ya allahmmdr selasa 28nov smpe sabtu 02des bs turun jgaa lingkar2 pinggang paha lengan pun berkurang wlw cuma 1cm
