Was hoping to walk daily, but I didn't quite make it. was able to walk at least 4 days and 35 minutes each, I guess that's good a good start.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
