I had a peak at your food and you seem to be doing great, i would just say it has to do with the fact that when we start dieting again, sometime our weight spikes before the 5 meals take a POSITIVE toll on speeding up our metabolism. That is when the magic starts to happen. I am with my trainer..and he has me on an alternating, protein and complex carb, Protien and veggie, 5 times a day and then in two weeks we are going to drop the night carb..ill let you know how it goes..so far so good..and keep the bottom of your H20 bottle to the ski! xoxo J.
