Maintaining weight through multiple Thanksgiving dinners is a win! Counting calories helps me so much with mindfulness, even if I do it inconsistently. I'm feeling empowered today and thankful for my body.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
