Only 0.9kg to go to reach the weight I had about a year ago before I came to the Netherlands. To think this was possible only within about a month and a half is insane to me. I know it'll slow down in the future and I feel like I'm bragging a bit about how easy it is for me but I'm genuinely amazed. Perhaps I was making so many stupid excuses before that I started to believe them. I'm not at all restricting myself and I'm not forcing myself to do anything either. All along I feel like it was my ED and terrible mindset just holding me back from living healthier and happier. 😊✨
