I just had a fistful of sour patch kids and sneakily ate them. Went back to finish the bag. Stopped myself and realized I was eating them to avoid eating a piece of my husband's birthday cake that's sitting in the fridge. Then thought, "I'm hungry and this isn't going to make me not-hungry". Made a small salad with chicken to hold me off until my husband's chicken alfredo pasta birthday dinner. I'm thinking this salad will also help me not over-eat at dinner time. I feel like a queen 👑 Small victory :)
