Doing ok. I have not been running as much as I would like to. I am still at my goal weight but I can feel that I am losing my tone because of not running. Other exercises just don't cut it for me. Gotta make it happen. I am curious what is an ideal weight for me. Don't know where I would find that. Doing the water challenge. I love Dt Pepsi so this is tough, plus we are going to Olive Garden for dinner tonight....hmmmmm soda at restaurant. This will be hard. Water first. Also, I am gonna run home from the restaurant. Only 3.05 miles but I am in neeeeeedddd.
