Hooray! I lost another 1.5 lbs! I hadn't lost in a couple of days (been bloated), but this morning I had and I was so happy to see that scale drop a little:-)
I'm also really happy that my dad started on Atkins, too, and has already lost a couple of pounds and has started working out again. He doesn't do strict Atkins, he's really just on a low carb diet, but whatever, I'm glad he's doing it! He came over about a week ago and I told him about being back on Atkins and losing weight and he went back to eating better, too. Whoo hoo!
I haven't cheated at all and bad stuff's really not that tempting to me. In fact, my daughter ate half a Hershey's bar yesterday and it didn't even phase me. The other half's sitting on my bedside table, it's going to have to be put up, but so far it hasn't bothered me. Eat chocolate or lose weight? Easy choice!
