uugh couldn't stick to just 1700 cal yesterday after eating 2,000a day for the last couple weeks time to really buckle down again and get more of the weight off me ..

Thank you yes I will it's just been slowly getting there this past couple weeks now but at least I didn't gain weight and still lost a couple pounds..

I find it easier to go with lower cal when I get at least 30 grams of protein at the start of each meal. The protein is very satiating and provide many additional health benefits.
