It happens to most of us. You are back on plan which is what matters.

Setbacks happen and we have to enjoy our time with friends too. The only time I would say this is different is that we go out every weekend and spend time with friends so I try to make good choices even when it is hard. I focus on my why.

Cheesecake for breakfast! I could justify that. I gained a little more than 3 pounds when I went on a5 day vacation. Didn't get back on track until about 2 days after getting home. The 3 pounds came off quickly. So I wouldn't stress about the gain too much. The main thing is to get back on track

If I'm in a situation where I don't have access to my usual breakfast foods for a day or 2, I just eat what's available. If I'm away for several days, I go to the grocery store & purchase fresh fruit & bagels or English muffins. My usual breakfast is half a bagel with peanut butter & fruit. When I get home, I make sure I get back into my usual routine as soon as possible.

Plan ahead when you travel. Find out what grocery stores are close by, fruit markets etc. I’m going to Barbados to visit with my wife’s family, have a complete lust if stores and restaurants!! You’ll make your goal 👍👍

I have a little travel hack. When I'm tempted to buy snack food, I find a supermarket and buy myself 1-2 lbs of green beans. they are surprisingly sweet and crunchy and satisfying to munch on while you're driving; they won't make you fat and really, you can eat as much as you want without overeating. They even have some protein.

You did it before, you can do it again! Next time, you can bring some healthy options (but occasional cheesecake, that's okay)!

Even if only 4 lbs a month, little by little you will get there. You've already lost 25 lbs so that's awesome!
