Well as you can see I’m working quite hard and the body is stubborn. I’m not sure who is going to win my brain or my body. Gut feeling is my body will win. So I’m thinking of doing a one day liquid food and a protein bar, it’s around the 1100 calories see how my body responds to that for a day or two.
