Yeah. Can be real tricky. Make sure you do eat enough if you're really active.
Never give up. Easier said than done, I know. Just hope you find what is right for you. 😊🤘

Thanks TaraGman I’ve looked back in Feb when I was this weight and I got down to 75kg and the only real difference is I was doing weights twice a week and bag work twice a week so have now started weights and will start bag work in a day or so. I need to increase my metabolism given I’m 64 and I think that will get it moving. I can’t jog anymore than a few times a week my legs just don’t like it. As for eating I’m not going hungry but as most I’d love to just eat what I want whenever I wanted too.

Have u tried the intermittent fasting for method where you completely fast (only drink water, black cofee, green tea. No calories at all) for 16 hours a day? It really helps drop the stubborn weight when you’re doing everything else right. Loads of info about it on line. Gives your body a chance to get onto keto mode (burning the stored fat for energy) without being on a Keto diet.
It seems to be the thing that works for a lot of people.

My advise is to do weight lifting once a week. And If You go joging i recommend to take a tablet L carnintine. That helps a lot too.

Intermittent fasting 16/8 works for me. I also add 24 hrs. fast on Mondays. Main thing is not to binge eat after each fasting period. Good luck.

Not tried intermittent fasting LowCalorieMallory so I’m onto weights now and maybe it’s just coincidence but my weight has moved downwards so I’ll give it a go for a few weeks first to see how this goes.
Onto weights twice a week now Bryan and I’ll look at L carnitine
No not look into endocrinologist I had to look that up 🤣
It doesn’t sound good going without food you know Fatbaidandold so I’ll see how the weights go first

Maybe you aren’t eating the amount of calories it says you are that’s what I hear from a YouTube video so I made sure to check very carefully

I thought about that Yar.Dhieu and I’ve checked but you can only really rely on the information on the item or items I can’t very well test them myself.

High Intensity Interval Training. 15 minutes - you can do it on an exercise bike, walking quick then resting, look it up and keep it to a moderate pace to begin with. Start with 30 seconds exercise, 60 seconds rest, 30 seconds exercise, 60 seconds exercise etc but only for 15 minutes per day. It should help kick start your metabolism and keep you on track with your nutrition goals

Well I kind of do that now I’ve started back on bag work ( I train in karate for 50years) so I do 45sec on and 30sec rest. I do 8 rounds with 3min between sets and I try and do 3 sets

start resistance training atleast 3 times a week. light weight/high reps for 2 days, one day slightly heavier/lower reps. followed by cardio.
